Production omnichannel CRM at a higher-education institution — from the first WhatsApp contact to the enrollment confirmed in the academic system, with a bot, voice calls, email and executive dashboards.

My Computer Science capstone (2013): a mobile application for plant species recognition. An Android app photographs the leaf, sends it to a Java server, and recognition uses Artificial Intelligence (a neural network) and image processing (contours and colors), classifying against an Oracle database of species. Years before the AI boom.

A production data platform I designed and operate on Microsoft Fabric — 137 items, a medallion lakehouse and a 133-table star schema fed by PySpark from 9+ sources, from ad click to conversion.

Website for Dr. Débora Mausolff (Clínica Mithie, Canoas, Brazil) — a local-SEO engine in React: 113 URLs, 86 model-generated city × service pages, 18 structured-data types, a blog and WhatsApp booking that knows which city she attends in. Prerendered and deployed on Azure.

Query access to a network-isolated corporate ERP and a migration of 7,463 fixed assets between companies via SOAP web service — with portable, audited tooling and nothing to install on the server.

Pix (Brazil's instant payments), online slip registration at two banks and card recurrence served by a 2011-generation Oracle database that can't negotiate the TLS modern bank APIs demand — the workaround: tiny Node middlewares doing the modern handshake.

14 years evolving a higher-education institution's core: a 3.8 TB, 7.7-billion-row Oracle database where enrollment, exams, bank billing and ERP migrations coexist — all in PL/SQL, on production only, with no staging since 2023.
